The Stöckli dehydrator

 

This is the method I unreservedly recommend. I do not have shares in the company which produces this dehydrator nor do I get paid for saying that the Stöckli is the most reliable product I know. I set the temperature at 50 - 55 (Celsius) and the timer to 12 hrs. After that time the mushrooms should be crackle, crisp dry. If not, give it another couple of hours. You can stack upto ten trays.
